- You rent the property to us by way of a management agreement, this is a formal contract but not an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement.
- We pay you the monthly rent.
- We keep the property in pristine condition which allows us to rent the property to our corporate clients. It is typically professionally cleaned twice a week.
- You are responsible for normal maintenance issues with the property including safety certificates.
- We fix the niggly stuff as well as any damage caused by a guest.
- We take all the risks of generating revenue for the property and we pay the bills just like a normal tenant.
What we need:
- Minimum of two double bedrooms
- Off-street parking
