Offering short term stays gives us great flexibility in whom we can target as guests. Hotels rarely offer unlimited free superfast broadband or the ability to prepare your own meals, in many you would be lucky to have a fridge. These are the kind of uses our property has had in the last two years:
- Contractors working in the area.
- People moving house and needing somewhere to stay in order to prevent the breakdown of the chain.
- Families visiting relatives in the area.
- An RAF Officer on a short term posting.
- A family needing somewhere to stay while they get major renovations done on their house.
- A family Christmas get together.
- Nurses moving to the area from abroad while on site accommodation becomes available
- Show jumpers attending an event at Arena UK.
- Spectators for Burghley Horse Trials.
- Visitors to one of the many events at Belvoir Castle or Belton House.
The property gives great access to the A1 and the A52 plus Grantham Station has a direct line into London Kings Cross in just over an hour.
