We are having a bit of a celebration early in the New Year with two bits of excellent news. Firstly, as promised our new property for a short stay in Ashford, Surrey has gone live, so for any contractors looking to stay in the area this is a great location with quick access to the M25, M4, M3 and A30. Heathrow is on the doorstep and Ashford station gives you great access to central London. The property is a four bed detached house and is primarily set up for contractors with four bedrooms, two are singles and two have twin single beds. All the bedrooms have hangers or wardrobes, a smart TV and drawers for smaller items. The house has an en-suite for the largest bedroom and a family bathroom also. Downstairs there is a cloakroom with a sink and a toilet. The kitchen is well stocked with an electric oven and hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a large dining table. The kitchen also has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a large lounge area with two three seater sofas and a 49 inch 4k smart TV to relax in. Secondly, we have achieved Superhost status with Air BnB which is great recognition for the hard work we have put in so far. This reflects the reviews our guests have given us so far and the standard of service provided to both our guests and the online platform. It gives guests the reassurance that they will be given that home from home experience every traveller desires when staying away.
