The short stay and holiday let market has been a massive challenge over the last 12 months with Covid disruptions throughout the year. In spite of all the issues we have had a pretty good year and are very happy to move into 2021 and announce another property will go live soon in Ashford, Surrey this month.
It is a 4 bedroomed house with a bathroom, en-suite and a downstairs loo. Smart TV’s in all the bedrooms and a 4k smart TV in the lounge. The property has six single beds with two double rooms and two single rooms and there is scope to add two single beds downstairs if there is a larger party to accommodate. There is a large dining table that can accommodate eight people and two large sofas in the lounge.
It has a well-stocked kitchen with a large fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, together with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and utensils.
There are two parking spaces on site and parking is also available on the road. There are local stores, restaurants and pubs, the latter of which will be closed as a result of Covid but hopefully this will change quite soon.
It is ideal accommodation for a team of contractors offering that home from home experience all seasoned travellers wish to enjoy.
It is a great location being only 10 minutes off the M25; Ashford Train Station is no more than a 15 minute walk away and Heathrow is a 10 minute drive. The town centre is only a ten minute walk and offers a wide selection of restaurants and fast food outlets.
