We are delighted to announce that we will soon be offering short term stays again in Newark. It has been almost a year since we handed the bungalow back to its’ owners and we have missed the excellent trade that it provided. We have at last secured two fabulous new build houses off London Road in Balderton, close to Lidl. Given this is where we started, we are very excited to be back offering our services and many thanks to Daniel Otton of Buttercross Estates for giving us the opportunity to take this on.
They are three bedroom, two bathroom houses with a lovely airy open plan set up on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms, one with a lovely en-suite and a single bedroom. There is also a very nice family bathroom.
As usual we will be providing that home from home feel by providing the following:
- A spacious house that sleeps up to 7 people.
- A large comfortable lounge, kitchen, diner with a 4k smart TV.
- Each bedroom has hanging rails plus drawers for smaller items plus a smart TV.
- A fridge freezer.
- Electric oven and hob.
- Microwave, kettle & Toaster.
- Dishwasher and washing machine.
- Ample, cutlery, crockery, glasses and utensils.
- Superfast Business Broadband allowing multiple streaming for the guests.
- Family bathroom, en-suite and a downstairs cloakroom.
- Plenty of room to park two vehicles.
